Monday Montage #169

Welcome to the Monday Montage Blog Hop.  Hopefully you aren't' melting in the heat and that you are finding time to craft a little bit.

Wow, July is flying by and I am just trying to stay cool, urge the garden produce to ripen faster and convince Oliver my dog that outside is too hot to hang out.  We did go to the farmers market and picked up some pickling cucumbers which will shortly be stuffed into jars with all the goodies and set aside for next year.  I also make a batch of freezer jam.  I don't have a lot of freezer space so this recipe is perfect - The Queens Jam.  It is a delightful mix of blueberries and raspberries and oh so tasty on a slice of homemade bread or biscuit.  I am missing the summer celebrations and family get togethers.

My project today uses the stamp set from the annual catalog called So Much Happy

Stamps - So Much Happy
Ink - Black
Paper - Basic Black, Whisper White, Rainbow Glimmer Paper
Accessories - Stitched Shapes, Subtle Embossing Folder, Happy Dies, Simply Scored

I hope everyone is wearing your mask and keeping safe and healthy.  Thanks for hanging out with the Monday Montage group - Your next stop is Dani - hit next to see what fabulous creation she has shared.  Or, if you are traveling the hop in reverse select the back button to see the what amazing projects Cathy has come up with.

Monday Montage #168

Welcome to the Monday Montage Blog Hop - I hope you are staying safe, wearing your masks and finding a little time to be creative.

What a great weekend this has been.  Not that I filled it full of activities and family, but that I was able to get chores done, get a little rest, a little smoky grillin' and some relaxation..  I didn't craft much either.  No mojo!

The project I chose today was a catalog case I made when I got my first box of goodies from Stampin UP

Stamps - Lovely You, Butterfly Gala
Paper - Night of Navy, Crushed Curry, Whisper White
Ink - Crushed Curry, Sahara Sand, Pretty in Pink, Night of Navy, Versamark
Accessories- White embossing powder, silver pearls, in color 2020 enamel dots, Flowers for every season ribbon combo pack, Lovely Labels pick a punch, white embossing powder

I hope everyone had a fabulous 4th. Thanks for hanging out with the Monday Montage group - Your next stop is Dani - hit next to see what fabulous creation she has shared.  Or, if you are traveling the hop in reverse select the back button to see the what amazing projects Cathy has come up with.

We Create - Look At These Labels!

Welcome to the We Create blog hop.  Normally I try to steer clear of labels - nobody likes a label.  But...when it come to paper crafting - Give me all the label punches and dies!!!!

I opted to use Tasteful Touches stamp set - I was in need of a good neutral friend card and loved the feather inside. The coordinate dies are all about the labels.  I love the stitched edges and they also have an embossed edge on some of the labels to create a really classy label.

You Are So Special with Tasteful Touches – STAMP WITH BRIAN  .

Stamps - Tasteful Touches, Waterfront (sentiment)
Ink - Early Espresso
Paper - Early Espresso, Crumb Cake, World of Good DSP, Brass Foil
Accessories - Markers for the dots.
