Monday Montage - 236 Gorgeous Garden

Sunday nights are usually spent at my craft desk, appreciating the last few hours of the weekend before I have to go back to work for another week. Eating a home made treat - this weeks was strawberry rhubarb pie with vanilla ice cream.  I call my brother and we chat and catch up. Sunday nights are good for my heart.

Thanks for joining us on the Monday Montage Blog Hop.  I love the dies from the Gorgeous Garden.  These green leaves will provide so many great back drops to any floral or outdoor type layout.  I shaded a piece of soft sea foam and topped it with the leaves cut out of a brighter green.  The moth was colored with blends

Stamps - Night of Flight, Darling Details
Ink - Black
Paper - Soft Sea Foam, Granny Apple green, Pecan Pie, Moody Mauve
Accessories - Stylish Shapes Dies, Gorgeous Garden Dies, Opal Rounds, 2023-2025 in color Jute

Stamping With Friends - Gorgeous Garden

Where does the time go, one minute you think you have all the time you need and then the next - you are operating in crisis mode.  Am I the only one that does that?  I have a whole list of cards I need to get made with graduation season upon us as well as many family and friends birthdays.  One of my favorite ways to spend a Saturday Afternoon.

You have arrived at the Stamping with Friends Blog Hop.  Don't you love all the products in the new Stampin' Up Catalog.  So many fun things to try out!  if you haven't already had a chance to look through it, you owe it to yourself.

With limited time, I attempted the Gorgeous Garden dies with some of our inked botanicals DSP.  The variegation in the paper gives a nice touch to the petals.  I also added some lemon lime ribbon and parakeet party pearl to add an extra pop of color, to that cute little flower that comes with the Wanted To Say Dies - which you will also really want!

Stamps - None
