March! We have made it through the worst of winter. (hopefully) The little crocus are popping up despite the recent snow storms. A sure sign that spring is coming. In like a lion with the snowstorm this weekend. We are supposed to get up to 8 in.
I am playing with the waterfront set that is in the Occasions Catalog. If you don't have this set... go get it. It works for masculine, sympathy, thanks, frienship. It is not frufru but just a classic stamp set. I would put this right up there with lovely as a tree.
This card was designed for a super good friend of mine. Needed reminding how much he is appreciated. I love how easy it is to lay out and fix errors.
The next card with the same stamp set, different color combo has created an entirely different scene. I consulted my island guru - my husband who spend 2 years in the micronesia islands for color tips and layout.
Hop on over to Kim's site to see what creations she has come up with.

Wow! You created little works of art on the card fronts. I really like the stamp that comes with it that makes the little water or sand spots. These are both amazing.
These are both beautiful scenes! I love them both!
I almost used this stamp set also! I haven't inked it up yet, and I'm so excited to finally get to it. It's just amazing what you can do with it. Oh, lol, that's kind of a pun with your card, huh? Hahaha...thanks for sharing :-D
