Monday Montage 163

Welcome to the Monday Montage Blog Hop.  I hope that you find something that inspires you to create and brings you happiness to see the beautiful creations.

Never thought I would say this, but here we are starting Week 7 of social distancing and working from home.  I have gone from sweats and sweatshirts, pony tail and no make up to now I am attempting to make sure my hair looks good and I am wearing shorts, jeans, skirts and cute tops.  Feeling slightly more human.

I also looked forward to spring forgetting how the blooming trees set my sinus's on fire!  I am taking Xyzal in the morning, zyrtec in the evening, sudafed to keep the dripping at a minimum.  I am just finishing week two of eating raw local honey every morning in hopes that it will curb or deal with the allergies.  It doesn't keep me from going outside and enjoying the weather and beauty of spring.

My card today uses the Stamp set This Little piggy and just reminds me of spring as he skips around.

Stamps - This Little Piggy
Ink - Black
Paper - Petal Pink, Bird Ballad DSP Whisper White
Accessories - Layering Circle Dies, Bird Ballad Trinkets, White Bakers Twine, Peaceful Poppy Sequins, Many Marvelous Markers

Stay safe, stay healthy and stay positive.  We will get through this and thanks so much for stopping by and hanging out for a few minutes with the Monday Montage group.  Your next stop is Dani - hit next to see what fabulous creation she has shared.  Or, if you are traveling the hop in reverse select the back button to see the what amazing projects Charlet has come up with.

Monday Montage 162

Welcome to the Monday Montage Blog Hop.  I hope that you find something that inspires you to create and brings you happiness to see the beautiful creations.

Starting Week 4 of working from home.  It is so crazy to think about the new norm  I stay at home except for exercise, taking the dog out and a bi-weekly trip to the grocery store for fresh veggies, fruit and dairy.  I see more neighbors than ever before - all at a 6ft distance :)

I went back to the main catalog again for my card this week.  Butterfly Gala.  What a beautiful symbol of hope.  They start out as that crazy fun little caterpillar and then they wrap themselves up for a while, you wonder if they will make it through the chrysallis stage.  What a beautiful miracle it is when they come out as a graceful butterfly.  Whenever I seem them flitting around I pause to watch. Butterflies make me happy!

Stamps - Butterfly Gala
Ink - Versamark, Black
Paper - Crushed Curry, Whisper White, Basic Black
Accessories - Stampin' Blends, White gel pen, White Embossing Powder, Peaceful Poppy Sequins, Stitched Shapes Dies, Butterfly dual punch.

I participated in the World Wide fast as requested by President Nelson of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  This week I have studied the Four Gospels surrounding Christs Crucifixion and Resurrection.  Even though we haven't been able to go to church, I feel like my studies at home have intensified and I have felt a stronger relationship with my Savior and the Holy Ghost.  God's ways are mysterious for sure and definitely for our good.

In case you get lost...
